This free\, practical evening workshop offers simple tools to help you find your footing again. \nOver an hour and a half\, we’ll explore five everyday practices from practical philosophy: finding your centre before the day begins\, building one purposeful habit instead of starting a thousand things\, feeding your mind well\, choosing the one priority that truly matters\, and practising a little every day so that your choices follow your values. \nThis is philosophy as a tool for living\, not an academic exercise. No background in philosophy is needed\, just curiosity and a wish to grow. You’ll go home with ideas you can try the very next morning. \nThe workshop is hosted by New Acropolis South Africa\, a school of philosophy that promotes culture and practises volunteering.
